These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bk33ap ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bk33ap website located at https://bk33ap.pro and all associated products, services, and content offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, playing any game, or making a deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

This Agreement is intended for players located in Bangladesh and is written and governed in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

To open an account with bk33ap, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the Platform from Bangladesh or another jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by the laws applicable to you.
• You are registering as an individual, acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the bk33ap Platform or under any applicable self-exclusion program.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by bk33ap for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close relative of an employee, contractor, or director of bk33ap or any of its affiliated companies.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the bk33ap Platform. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet. bk33ap may request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in the restriction or closure of your account.

bk33ap processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated exclusively through approved local payment methods, currently including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. bk33ap does not accept cash, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.

All funds deposited into your bk33ap account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits funded from a mobile wallet, bank account, or card belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. bk33ap reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third party and to close the associated account.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Approved withdrawals are typically credited to your mobile wallet within 15 minutes. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Verification: Withdrawals above ৳20,000 may require additional identity verification before processing.
• Bonus funds: Bonus balances are subject to separate wagering requirements outlined in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.

bk33ap is not responsible for delays caused by the player's mobile network operator, payment service provider, or bank. Transaction fees charged by third-party payment processors are the sole responsibility of the player.

bk33ap offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are offered at bk33ap's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and may only be used on the bk33ap Platform.
• Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any related winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. If you opt into a new promotion while a previous bonus is still pending, the previous bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• bk33ap reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds if it determines that the bonus was obtained through abuse, collusion, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Players who have self-excluded or requested a cooling-off period are not eligible to receive or use bonuses during the exclusion period.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure.

bk33ap is committed to providing a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment. All games on the Platform use a certified random number generator (RNG) that ensures outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including bk33ap itself.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk33ap Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a technical error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other tool designed to mask your true location or identity.

bk33ap employs real-time fraud detection and account monitoring systems. If suspicious activity is detected, your account may be suspended pending investigation. During any investigation, access to funds may be temporarily restricted. bk33ap will lift restrictions or take permanent action within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to you.

bk33ap takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your bk33ap account.
• Session time reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a chosen period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account. Once a self-exclusion request is processed, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
